We loved the great communication and updates from the staff regarding airport shuttle. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants, stores, and public transportation. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Good value for money.

The staff, especially Sahin and Şakir, were helpful and made me feel like family. They even helped me plan my bus trip and got me a discounted ticket. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the tram, metro, and bus station right in front.
